Description:Occurs when a call is made in the system

EventName: CallEvent

Designation of event parameters:

eventName – event name;
companyId – company identifier;
eventCreationDate – event creation date;
fromPhoneNumber – phone number of the client the call was made to;
fromUserId – id of the user who made the call;
toPhoneNumber – internal number of the operator who makes the call;
toUserId – id of the user to whom the call is made;

Conversation Recording Event

Description:Message about the end of the recording of the conversation when the client was connected to the operator
