Description:The event appears during the implementation of the recall (Web, IVR, SMS recall)

EventName: CallbackStatusUpdatedEvent

Designation of event parameters:

eventName – event name;
companyId – company identifier;
eventCreationDate – event creation date;
recallId – recall identifier;
recallType – type of recall (Web”, “IVR” “SMS”);
status – call status;
fromPhoneNumber – operator phone number;
toPhoneNumber – client phone number;
description – valid values ​​of START / ORIGINATE / END, where START - the event of the beginning of the call; ORIGINATE - event of receiving the response status of the call dialing side (if сallToOperatorFirst = true - result of operator response, false - result of client response); END - event of completion of a recall;
accountId – id of the recall account;
callToOperatorFirst – indicates whether the call will begin with the operator;
hungupSide – who hung up (the value is available when description = END and the condition that the conversation took place);
OperatorLogin – operator login that processes recall;
externalId – a parameter that is supported in the account to send additional information to the client when registering a web recall.
